Description
This is a new eco-sustainable building project developed on a partially abandoned plot of land, 200 meters from the sea and the square of San Michele di Pagana. To better integrate the building into the landscape, a modern architecture was designed, with a design that blends in with the delicate Ligurian hillside scenery.
A prestigious and design Bifamiliar Villa was therefore built, with a private garden and garage. The design was inspired by light and continuity between interior and exterior. The shapes, materials, pools, olive trees and flowers blend harmoniously, ensuring a high-quality product.
The Living area is spacious, bright, and thanks to a seven-meter wide French window and the use of a single floor both indoors and outdoors, there are no more barriers. The large terrace with a stunning sea view is an integral part of the living area. In this way, thanks to the mild temperatures, for almost the entire year, the terrace can be used and enjoyed as an extension of the living room.
