Villa Graziella

Description

Villa Graziella is a small residential complex located in the center of Boissano. The project involves a complete and radical restyling of the building, which, in addition to modifying and making the real estate units more functional, will allow for easier and more accessible entry. The stairs have been extended to the ground floor so that there is a simpler access to the entire building through the condominium lobby, including for people with disabilities.

In addition, the facades have been completely redesigned with the insertion of larger windows and wider and deeper balconies to improve their usability. A fundamental part of the project is the demolition of the roof, a poorly inserted element in the landscape and without any architectural value that weighs down the building. In the new solution, it will be replaced with a flat roof with a solar terrace and a jacuzzi that can be used by all condominium owners.
