Villa Agnese is a mansion built in the 1960s, spread over three levels with an independent ground floor and the main apartment on the two upper floors. Over the years, it has been used both as a single and two-family home. Due to some necessary maintenance work, the client has expressly requested a restyling of the house.
The project, therefore, involves a total renovation of the property, with changes to both its aesthetics and functionality. In this solution, the internal layout includes the creation of a single-family villa with an entrance on the ground floor, where there is an "independent" area with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. On the first floor, there is a living area with a living room, kitchen, and services; on the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with their respective 3 bathrooms. The layout of the green area outside will be reconfigured, and a new pavement will be installed in the pool area.
