Villa Luisa

Description

The project concerns Villa Luisa, a manor house from the early 20th century located on Via Don Minzoni, on the eastern hillside of Rapallo. The villa is currently in a state of abandonment and disrepair. The intervention involves the restoration of the entire building to its original beauty, with the addition of new balconies to restore the functionality of all levels.

The exterior finishes will use materials and workmanship consistent with the originals. The railings, grilles, and other metal elements, where it is not possible to retain the originals, will be replaced with new wrought iron elements, with designs similar to the existing ones and colored in ochre. The window frames will be replaced to improve the building's energy performance, while shutters and blinds will have a design and finish that reflect the original color and geometry.
