Description

This project aims to expand the residential property and enhance the decor of the area affected by the abandonment of the adjacent rustic building. After various evaluations, it was decided to preserve and renovate the rustic building while expanding the residential property according to Article 3 of Regional Law 49/2009.

The expansion involves extending the ground floor towards the west, integrating the rural building with a gable roof covered in Marseille tiles, walls finished in white stucco, and white PVC windows with green aluminum shutters. Additionally, a wooden pergola with a thatched roof will be installed in the courtyard facing the south facade, offering potential for climbing plants.

The rural building will be renovated, including the demolition of unauthorized projections and the external staircase, restoration of missing bricks, application of white plaster, and revision of openings. A new external staircase will be constructed for access to the upper floor. Integrated with the local architectural context, the project will enhance the area's decor and harmoniously blend with the landscape.
