Description
The Regina Palace was originally built as a grand hotel on the Riviera di Levante in the late 1920s and opened in the early 1930s. After the war, it became a convent for nuns. The project that started in 2015 aimed to restore the beauty of a Liberty-style building that had unfortunately been deteriorating and abandoned for years.
Currently, the property houses 22 private apartments, immersed in a private park that can be accessed through a reserved entrance. The apartments, spread over five floors, have different sizes and layouts depending on the floor and position.
Each apartment has its own exclusivity: natural light enters through large windows and fills the rooms like a separate piece of furniture. The terraces have been designed as outdoor rooms to promote the relationship between the home and the sea. The material used for the flooring of the interior spaces has a natural feel that gives a sense of comfort and well-being to those who live in them daily.
