Hotel Riviera

Description

The Riviera hotel is a historic hotel that overlooks the seafront of Rapallo, recognized as a historical site in Italy. Over the course of its long history, celebrities such as Ernest Hemingway, Ezra Pound, King Juan Carlos of Spain, the Duchess of Kent, and Elettra Marconi have stayed here.

The project includes restoring the building's original plasterwork and decorations, following the historical documentation as closely as possible. Additionally, to fully enjoy the stunning view of the Gulf of Tigullio, two new traditional-style balconies will be built, and some windows will be reconfigured as French windows.

Finally, a complete restyling and modernization of all the bedrooms, the restaurant, and the common areas is planned, including the creation of a small wellness center.
