Description
The focus of this project was an attic located in the prestigious location of Portofino. The apartment, located in a building from the 1950s, had been uninhabited for years and architecturally frozen in time since its construction.
The client requested a significant restyling that would combine functionality and design. The new layout includes a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Great attention was paid to the brightness of the rooms in the design of the spaces, which is often lacking in attics.
Another difficulty arising from a complex environment such as an attic was the interior design project, which required particular care and attention in designing and defining the furnishings to optimize the livability of each space.
